 Twain Harte Rotary Presents the 7th Annual

   Royal Flush Crapper Derby & Craft Fair

    

All are invited to participate in the 7th Annual Twain Harte Rotary Royal Flush Crapper Derby.  Returning vendors will be given 1st priority. Returning vendor deadline is May 10, 2020.  For all others, it is on a 1st come/1st served basis and the deadline is May 24, 2020.  If there is space available, we will extend this date.  Date and hours at the craft fair are:

June 6, 9am – approx. 4 pm.   The committee asks that your booth remain open during these hours – NO EARLY EXIT.

 

                              VENDOR RULES

 

Vendors may NOT sell BOTTLED WATER, or SODAS. 
An 11 x 11 foot space is $40 for one day.  There is NO POWER available.  You are kindly asked to stay for the full hours on Saturday.  The rental fee must be paid in advance and turned in along with your application to be eligible for a space.  If your application is not chosen to be part of our event we will return your payment in full.
This is rain/shine event and refunds will not be given, unless as stated above.
Spaces will be marked on Friday, June 5nd @noon & vendors may set up after that time, unless prior arrangements have been made. Security will be provided after 7pm on Friday and Saturday evening after the event.
Trucks, trailers, RVs, vans, cars or any other type of vehicle will NOT be allowed after set up has taken place. This must be completed Saturday, June 6 at 7:30am unless other arrangements have been made prior to the day of the event. Unload your items and park in the designated spots, and then set up.
All applicants will be notified as soon as possible.  Please mail reservation forms along with $40 payment payable to Twain Harte Rotary and mailed to: Mike & Debbie Laurance, P.O. Box 1222, Mi Wuk Village, CA 95346. Attn: Royal Flush Crapper Derby.
